Monitor and maintain the company’s computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, troubleshoots technical problems & will collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements.
• B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, or any related discipline.
• 3-5 years of work experience in IT Technical Support.
• Familiar with Network Monitoring Tools.
• CCNA, CCNP Certifications are preferred.
• Very good command of English language.
