Deputy CEO
Omar Gaber is the Deputy CEO of MADKOUR Industries, where he oversees industrial operations, manufacturing management, and supply chain across the group’s factories. He is responsible for managing operational performance and ensuring the growth of the industrial business units to meet company objectives.
Omar focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes and strengthening supply chain resilience to support regional industrial expansion. A Project Management Professional (PMP)®, he applies disciplined governance to the execution of the MADKOUR’s complex industrial and manufacturing ventures.
Tarek Saber
Operations Director
Tarek Saber is the Operations Director of Madkour Industries, bringing over 25 years of experience in industrial operations, plant management, and manufacturing excellence. Having held leadership roles across Egypt and the Gulf, he has a proven track record in establishing new factories, optimizing production costs, and leading strategic initiatives for large-scale industrial platforms.
Tarek focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through continuous improvement and the implementation of high safety and quality standards. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by postgraduate studies in project management, supply chain, and Lean Six Sigma.
