MADKOUR Group Participates at Siemens Mobility Talk Students’ Summit

MADKOUR Group was honored to participate in Siemens' #Mobility_Talk Students’ Summit, attended by His Excellency Lieutenant General Kamel El-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport; His Excellency Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; and Dr. Mostafa Refaat, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities.

As a guest speaker in the high-level panel discussion titled “Mega Railway Trends in Egypt and MEA” at Siemens’ #Mobility_Talk Students’ Summit, Dr. Mostafa Madkour, Chairman and CEO of MADKOUR Group pointed out to the success factors of MADKOUR Group which are: the clear strategic vision and agile execution, the commitment to national responsibility and sustainable development, and to establishing the country as a regional hub for sustainable mobility. Dr. Mostafa addressed the need for bridging the gap between education and labor market demands - particularly in the mobility sector which currently suffers from a shortage of qualified technical workers. “Investment in training enhances corporate competitiveness, empowers youth, and ensures the sustainability of critical sectors”.
